About the Position

You will initially cover new patients requiring therapy and become a valuable member of our rapidly growing practice. Appointments may take place either in-office or virtually, depending on your arrangements. Compensation is based on face-to-face interactions with patients, aligned with insurance reimbursement structures. You will retain a percentage of the revenue generated from services provided.

Job Description

We are actively seeking a personable and self-motivated licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide online telehealth services to individuals in Iowa and Wyoming. This virtual role allows you to work from your home office while connecting with patients in their own homes during appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• •Deliver psychotherapy services in compliance with Iowa and Wyoming state and national regulations.
• •Maintain an organized schedule for all active clients.
• •Complete appointment notes in a timely manner, adhering to insurance contract requirements.
• •Operate and troubleshoot your own technology, including computer, software, and electronic health records (EHR).

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the mental health field.
• Ownership of a computer with a camera, high-speed internet subscription, and a private, well-lit space for patient sessions.
• NPI and CAQH numbers are advantageous.
