  Psychiatry Associates is a mental health clinic that provides tele-psychiatry services to improve your mental health through diagnosis, therapy, and medication management. Our caring team of providers is committed to empowering patients by providing complete solutions to your most pressing mental health issues.

• Is Psychiatry Associates for me?

  Psychiatry Associates serves patients of all ages who are looking for high-quality, in-network mental health care. We provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment from the comfort of your own home.

• Are appointments in-person or conducted via telepsychiatry?

  Psychiatry Associates currently provides flexible telepsychiatry appointments, allowing you to get exceptional mental health care from the comfort of your own home.

• What should I expect on my first visit?

  Your first visit will last thirty to sixty minutes and you will work together with your provider to establish the structure of your treatment.

• What is the current coverage of 360 Psychiatry Associates?

  Psychiatry Associates is currently only seeing patients in Wyoming and Iowa, but we are planning on expanding into multiple states across the US!

• How often will I see my Provider?

  Your provider will work with you to create a customized plan of care that will include a treatment structure based on your circumstances. If you are to undertake psychotherapy, weekly fifty minute sessions will provide the best results.

• Do I need a referral to join 360 Psychiatry Associates?

  You don’t need to have a referral to request an appointment with 360 Psychiatry Associates.

• Can I request a different provider if I don’t connect with my current one?

  Yes! We want to make sure you feel comfortable with your provider, and we will work with you to get your care transferred to another one of our trusted providers or refer you to other mental health professionals.

• What conditions does 360 Psychiatry Associates treat?

  Psychiatry Associates treats many conditions, including but not limited to ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Depression, and OCD.

• What if I want to take a break from treatment?

  You are able to cancel or pause treatment at any point. Your provider will inform you of the risks of canceling/discontinuing treatment and provide you with resources to help transition out of care. If you decide to take a break without letting us know, our team will continue to reach out to you for up to 90 days to make sure you are okay.

• Can I get appointment reminders?

  Yes! We offer text message, phone call, and email reminders. It is completely up to you how you will receive these reminders and can change your preferred method at any time.

• How is my privacy protected?

  Privacy is critically important at Psychiatry Associates. We are required by law to keep your information private. Your explicit written consent will be required for any disclosure of your treatment to others. We are compelled to comply with HIPAA regulations.
