Insurance

We presently accept a variety of insurance coverage as well as self-pay. We strongly advise all of our patients to contact their insurance carrier prior to their consultation with 360 Psychiatry Associates to ensure that their benefits are still active. We are labeled "out of network" if we do not accept your insurance plan. If you want to get compensated for your sessions, contact your insurance carrier to find out what their policies are for out-of-network mental health practitioners. We will send you with a "super bill" that you can submit to your insurance carrier to see whether you are eligible for reimbursement. We accept all insurances in Iowa and Wyoming, relying on their out-of-network benefits.
