  • What is Psychiatry Associates?

    Psychiatry Associates is a mental health clinic that provides tele-psychiatry services to improve your mental health through diagnosis, therapy, and medication management. Our caring team of providers is committed to empowering patients by providing complete solutions to your most pressing mental health issues.

  • Psychiatry Associates serves patients of all ages who are looking for high-quality, in-network mental health care. We provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment from the comfort of your own home.

  • Psychiatry Associates currently provides flexible telepsychiatry appointments, allowing you to get exceptional mental health care from the comfort of your own home.

  • Your first visit will last thirty to sixty minutes and you will work together with your provider to establish the structure of your treatment.

  • Psychiatry Associates is currently only seeing patients in Wyoming and Iowa, but we are planning on expanding into multiple states across the US!

  • Your provider will work with you to create a customized plan of care that will include a treatment structure based on your circumstances. If you are to undertake psychotherapy, weekly fifty minute sessions will provide the best results.

  • You don’t need to have a referral to request an appointment with 360 Psychiatry Associates.

  • Yes! We want to make sure you feel comfortable with your provider, and we will work with you to get your care transferred to another one of our trusted providers or refer you to other mental health professionals.

  • Psychiatry Associates treats many conditions, including but not limited to ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Depression, and OCD.

  • You are able to cancel or pause treatment at any point. Your provider will inform you of the risks of canceling/discontinuing treatment and provide you with resources to help transition out of care. If you decide to take a break without letting us know, our team will continue to reach out to you for up to 90 days to make sure you are okay.

  • Yes! We offer text message, phone call, and email reminders. It is completely up to you how you will receive these reminders and can change your preferred method at any time.

  • Privacy is critically important at Psychiatry Associates. We are required by law to keep your information private. Your explicit written consent will be required for any disclosure of your treatment to others. We are compelled to comply with HIPAA regulations.

Insurance & Payment

  • Do I need insurance to schedule an appointment?

    Psychiatry Associates accepts cash, check or charge and some insurance plans.

  • Yes! Psychiatry Associates will issue you a printed "super bill" that you can submit to your insurance company for payment. Many insurance companies have restrictions on the number and frequency of visits as well as the types of drugs that can be prescribed, and Psychiatry Associates will work with you to give your insurance company with information about your diagnosis, history, and treatment plan.

  • We presently accept a variety of insurance plans. All of our clients are encouraged to contact their insurance carrier prior to their visit to check active coverage. The insurance options that Psychiatry Associates accepts are determined by the state in where you are obtaining care. Please see our Insurance Page for a complete list of the Insurances we accept in your state.

  • For cancellations and appointment rescheduling, we request at least 24 hours notice (weekends excluded). Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or failing to appear for an appointment will result in a fee of up to $75. Before rescheduling the next appointment, the cancellation charge must be paid.
